How long does it take to make my order?
All Whimsi Nook products are made to order. Depending on the size and complexity of your item, production usually takes 2–5 working days before shipping. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Where are your products made?
Our products are proudly made in South Africa. We create locally so you can enjoy faster delivery, better quality control, and support a homegrown business.
Do you keep stock?
Most of our products are made to order rather than mass-produced. This helps us reduce waste and create each piece intentionally for you.
How do I care for my product?
To keep your item looking its best, wipe gently with a soft damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to high heat or direct sunlight.
Are your products eco-friendly?
We aim to be thoughtful in how we create. Our main material is plant-based PLA, and because we make products to order, we avoid unnecessary overproduction and waste.
