Consumer Protection
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 (CPA). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, restricts, or waives any rights you have under the CPA. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the CPA, the CPA will prevail.
Orders and Contract Formation
All orders placed through the Whimsi Nook website constitute an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only once we confirm your order via email and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Whimsi Nook website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit & Debit Cards, EFT, Banks & Payment Apps, Scan & Pay. All payments are processed securely. Whimsi Nook does not store your payment details.
